We try to provide a safe and peaceful environment for all of our Tenants. Our maintenance program works above and beyond the norm, providing prompt and professional service. We are a small complex with exceptional housing and service. We are proud to say that most of our departing Tenants move on to purchase their own homes. Although we love our pets, we are NO LONGER a PET FRIENDLY housing complex due to past damages that were very costly to us. We have also had multiple complaints on Tenants that smoke inside their apartments. So therefore we no longer allow smoking OF ANY KIND inside our units.
